Decorative concrete slabs, architectural concrete 4-11 mm

Concrete floorings are produced in technology with a material strength of 6-8 Mpa. These parameters are 2.5 to 3 times higher than the standard strength parameters, specific products available on the market. Thanks to this, concrete slabs are safe and easy to install at a thickness of 11 mm. Their flexibility obtained thanks to the high content of glass fibers allows you to control the placement of even elements, aligning uneven walls and facilitates assembly. It is important from the point of view of use that the concrete slabs are made on the basis of quartz sands. Quartz sand with a minimum content of 96% pure quartz, allows a high degree of abrasion resistance of 4i. It allows you to use material in office and public utility buildings with medium load.

GRC concrete slabs are made of blends that do not adhere to a gravel fraction and are colored in a mat. Contamination of the material gives a uniform appearance. so no lastrico effect is created.
In production technology, we use polymers, which increases the elastic properties and product seals.

Concrete slabs are produced in standard dimensions, as well as in dimensional versions for individual customer orders. On special order it is possible to introduce additional anti-slip devices.

From the point of view of aesthetic solutions, we offer 2 types of surface texture – smooth and porous. We achieve natural heterogeneity and porosity thanks to the conscious behavior of manual forming technologies. It gives full authenticity to our products. A very interesting and innovative solution is also the introduction of material with original rust deposits, the “Rusty” model. This can be compared to the corten effect.
